Here it is! The launch of Civilize. As I sit hear writing this, I'm thinking about the beginning of this journey and how I got here. Deep down I've wanted to start Civilize, or something like it, for the past several years, but things get in the way. Comfortable jobs, relationships, family. After taking a leap back in December to leave my job, I decided it was time. With the experience I've had over the last 10 years in content creation, I wanted to pave my own path, work with friends and colleagues, I want to truly work with, and ultimately, make good shit!

Why Civilize? I wanted a name that showcased what we're trying to do. I sat in many meetings where we were paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to a big agency to come back with something that didn't resonate with our brand and it pissed me off. I thought, I could do better than them, so I decided to try.

I want to truly civilize how brands do business and are market themselves. As the consumers gain more power in decided how brands operate, we all have to be nimble.... that's why Civilize was born. Taking the philosophies I gained from all my work in action sports over the years, we will be a top to bottom agency that servies our clients with speed, efficiency and will truly bleed for our clients.

So here's to the ride. I'm not sure where the future will take us, but I'm excited!
